Its major program areas are education and youth development; arts, culture and humanities; civic and community life; health and human services; and animal services and the environment. In addition, the Foundation operates a number of initiatives which expand and complement these program areas. The Annenberg Foundation exists to advance the public well-being through improved communication. Working to prevent the tragic remodeling and wanton demolition of many of our greatest modern buildings.

The Los Angeles Conservancy Modern Committee is a volunteer group formed in 1984 in response to the rapid destruction of a generation of postwar buildings. The Modern Committee's focus is 20th century architecture and related fields which reflect the heritage of Modernism and popular culture. The Modern Committee plans tours, exhibitions and lectures, researches and nominates buildings for landmark designation, and serves as an advocate for Modern design. 'ModCom' holds regular monthly meetings to plan educational events such as tours, exhibitions and lectures; research and nominate landmarks; organize field trips; and serve as advocates for Modern design.

Coronado’s Mexican Restaurant was started in June 2001 by Gilbert Coronado and his son Robert Coronado.

In 2001 we had a Desire and a Commitment to bring fresh and quality Mexican dishes to our customers that were derived from our traditional family recipes. Our goal is to give our customers the best Quality food and Service at a reasonable price while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. We believe in making all our food with the freshest quality ingredients so you can taste the freshness in all our dishes. Mexican food does not have to be bad for you so we use Canola oil in all our recipes.

The concept is simple, we want to have a Mexican restaurant that brings that great tasting Mexican Food using the freshest ingredients at a reasonable price. We want our customers to feel welcome and comfortable when they come into our restaurant and when they eat our food, like it was made by their grandmother. We want to offer our traditional family recipes, a Mexican Bakery and expanding our catering business.

Alyssa studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. She attracts clients with her constantly evolving vision and sense of style as well as her ability to make each image speak for itself. Alyssa is continually searching for new opportunities and clients to work with.
